Adopt a Resolution to Accept the Highest Bid and Execute Deed to Buyer, Record Deed and Deposit Funds for Real Property Number 2017-0128-A

The County of San Diego is conducting the sale of a 4.4-acre surplus government property parcel located at 41097 Old Highway 80, Boulevard, CA 91905, identified as APN 612-091-17. Following the County's bid process, the Board of Supervisors approved the project on November 18, 2025, authorizing the Director of the Department of General Services to accept the highest bid of 100,000 dollars.
