Adoption of Resolution No. 2026-152, Accepting portions of Avenue B, for public use, in the Glen Valley Area, District 2

Riverside County is implementing the adoption of Resolution No. 2026-152 under project number ACPT260004 to formally accept portions of Avenue B for public use. Located in the Glen Valley Area of District 2, the project specifically covers the 50-foot wide section of Avenue B situated between the easterly right of way line of Cedar Street and the westerly right of way line of Wood Road within Section 6, Township 4 South, Range 4 West of the San Bernardino Meridian. The action is administrative in nature and does not require any construction activities. The project is managed by the Riverside County Transportation Department Survey Division, with David L. McMillan serving as the authorized County Surveyor. It has been deemed exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) and Section 15060(c) because the acceptance of the street does not result in physical environmental changes.
