Full Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-15-T-4276 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from Parvus Corporation dba CWDS, 3222 So., Washington Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84115-3426, which has proven to meet the form/fit and design of existing components for the program for which they will be used. This requirement will include a Base with the option to purchase additional switches at a later date. Interested vendors must be able to deliver a quantity of 18 switches by 31 August 2015. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB Destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling +1 (555) 000-0000, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov . Quote is due 11 June 2015, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 25 June 2015.
