Advance Contract Award Notice 01913-271147 – MHz NMR Console and Cryoprobe

An Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that a department or agency intends to award a contract for goods, services or construction to a pre-identified supplier, thereby allowing other suppliers to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a statement of capabilities. If no supplier submits a statement of capabilities that meets the requirements set out in the ACAN, on or before the closing date stated in the ACAN, the contracting officer may then proceed with the award to the pre-identified supplier. Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is issuing this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) for an additional 600 MHz Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Console and Cryoprobe. This instrument is required to be compatible with existing system. It is used to study the structure of molecules. All details related to this notice are found in the ACAN.
