The Naval Air Systems Command’s Precision Strike Weapons Program Office plans to award a Firm Fixed Price Delivery Order to The Boeing Company under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement. This sole source contract will provide the U.S. Navy with digital versions of Advanced Harpoon Weapons Control Station technical manuals, technical data, cable drawing packages, and related computer software, including both classified and unclassified materials. Boeing is the sole designer and technical data owner of the Harpoon Weapon System, making it uniquely qualified to fulfill this requirement. The delivery order is expected to be awarded in the first quarter of fiscal year 2026 and will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri. While the government intends to negotiate exclusively with Boeing under the FAR 6.302 sole source authority, interested parties may express their interest or capability by notifying both Boeing and the Navy contacts listed.
