The ACC-DTA intends to negotiate and award a new service contract on a sole source basis to BAE Systems under the statutory authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by RFO FAR 6.103-1(c)(2)(i)&(ii) and RFO DFARS Class Deviation 2026-O0017 Rev 1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."


The Government requires Field Service Representatives (FSR) for Training and Training Support (TTS) for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle System (BFVS) and M88A2 (M88) for the Ukraine Management Office (UMO) to support the Advanced Mechanic Institute 2.0 (AMI 2.0). Period of Performance: July 2026 - July 2027.
