Advertising Agency of Record Services

The Government of Canada (GC) requires a contractor to provide the services of an Agency of Record (AOR) for the services listed below to support a wide range of advertising initiatives, from multi-channel multi-million dollar campaigns, to smaller projects in only one channel (e.g. social media, magazines, newspapers, radio) targeting specific target audiences or geographic locations and with a limited budget. The period of contract will be for three (3) years with the possibility of four (4) additional one (1) year irrevocable option periods. ***Please note that criteria related to an Indigenous supplier, or the use of Indigenous subcontractors, were included in this RFP. Bidders who believe criteria would not be possible to meet given the scope of work required, are invited to submit their comments as per article 2.6 of Part 1. Conversely, if Criteria would indeed be feasible for a bidder, we would also like to know in writing.***
