ADVERTISING ENGINEERING AND/OR ARCHITECTUAL SERVICES

The City of Bainbridge is seeking statements of qualifications and proposals from Georgia-licensed engineering and architectural firms to provide design and administration services for public infrastructure projects. The scope of work encompasses water, sewer, road, drainage, and natural gas infrastructure, as well as other public works activities. These projects are primarily funded through state and federal sources, including CDBG, PHMSA, GEFA, RDF, EIP, EDA, SCRC, and USDA. The city intends to contract with a reputable firm within one year of the November 4, 2026, notice date, with the possibility of reconsidering submitted firms for additional opportunities over the following two to three years. Interested firms must submit their proposals by December 8, 2026, organized into nine specific tabs covering firm history, grant-funded project experience, key personnel, current workload, proposed scope of service, references, errors and omissions insurance, and required certification forms. Compliance with a extensive set of federal and state regulations is mandatory, including 2 CFR 200, the HUD Act of 1968 Section 3, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Housing Act, and Build America, Buy America requirements.
