This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number W9124M-27-Q-A001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Aerial Ignition/burn in support of Ft Stewart DPW forestry efforts.

This Solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 115310 –Support Activities for Forestry and the business size standard is $12 million.


The Contracting Office is seeking to purchase services for a fully contractor operated and maintained, exclusive use helicopter to support the Fort Stewart Forestry Branch prescribed burning mission at Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield (FSGA/HAAF), Georgia. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is included.


The contract period of performance (POP) will begin as shown in the schedule. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on Standard Form 1449. The Government anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price contract consisting of a base and two 1-year option periods.


NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, Offerors MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM).
