Provide silvicultural practices on 111 acres at Naval Air Station Meridian Main Station.  These silvicultural practices will include the aerial application of herbicide for site preparation and hand planting of containerized loblolly pine seedlings. 

The contractor will be responsible for providing all the necessary labor, chemicals, materials, vehicles and equipment to apply the herbicides to the designated tract.  The contractor shall guarantee 95% coverage of the area designated with the herbicide rate prescribed for the tract. 

The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all the necessary seedlings, labor, materials, vehicles and equipment to plant seedlings on the designated tracts in a satisfactory manner.  The seedlings geographic seed source origin must be suitable for Kemper/Lauderdale Counties, Mississippi.
