This document describes the minimum essential characteristics for thermal labels required by the Air Force Drug Testing Laboratory (AFDTL) at Joint Base San Antonio Lackland, Texas. The labels are used for accessioning and tracking approximately 800,000 forensic toxicology specimens annually. This will be a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The characteristic of the labels are as follows the label typ is thermal transfer, the label dimensions Part #: CC2071: 1-3/4 inches (Width) x 3/4 inches (Height), color needs to be white, adhesive type Permanent, suitable for long-term adhesion to specimen containers, packaging in the amount of 6,000 labels per roll, and compatible with Zebra ZT610 printer. We are expected to order up to 800 rolls per year.
