Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number FA4528-14-RFQ-F3C3LG4206A002 is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. (iv) This acquisition is unrestricted and full and open. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333923. (v) CLIN 0001 - Boom lifts (1250 AJP Model JLG Boom Lift or approved equivalent) QTY 2EA. *See attached Request for Quotation (RFQ)* (vi) The item's salient characteristics are listed on the attached RFQ. Contractor must submit product literature on proposed items for the purpose of evalutation. (vii) Place of delivery is Minot AFB, ND 58705 and is FOB destination. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) Evaluation procedures will be based on FAR 13.106 for Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: The other factors considered will be the ability to meet the salient characteristics of the items above. Award shall be based on best value to the government. (x) The government advises Offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
