DOT Keysight Test Equipment
Solicitation # 142082-26-0235
Solicitation 142082-26-0235 is a request for quotation issued by the National Weather Service Radar Operation Center to procure Keysight diagnostic test equipment. The procurement is intended to replace obsolete and defective equipment used for the operational radar readiness, maintenance, and repair of the WSR-88D NEXRAD radar system. The requirement consists of two specific line items: 11 microwave/RF signal generators (Keysight p/n N5171B with options 303 and 506) and 11 diode crystal detectors (Keysight p/n 8470B with options 3 and 12). Due to the need to maintain hardware baselines and avoid logistical disruptions, the government has established a brand-name requirement for Keysight equipment, and all vendors must be authorized Keysight resellers. The government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order on an all-or-none basis using the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method. To be considered technically acceptable, offerors must provide specification sheets for all equipment, a capability statement demonstrating an understanding of the scope of work, and verification of their status as an authorized reseller. Quotes must be submitted electronically to Chelsea Vera by September 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST, with questions due by September 4, 2026. The period of performance is 365 days after award, with delivery terms set as FOB Destination to Norman, Oklahoma. AN/SPY-6(V) Production RFI/Sources Sought - Copy 2
Solicitation # N00024-25-R-55XX
The Department of Defense, specifically NAVSEA Headquarters, is conducting a sources-sought effort under solicitation number N00024-25-R-55XX related to the production of the AN/SPY-6(V) radar system. This effort is part of ongoing market research and not a new contract opportunity but connects to the existing contract opportunity N00024-25-R-5510. Interested companies seeking access to the unclassified bidder’s library must submit a signed Unclassified Terms of Use Agreement along with a DD2345 form. Various draft solicitation sections, including Sections B, C, L, and M, are available for download through NSERC or DoD Safe to companies that have completed the registration requirements. Industry is encouraged to review these materials and provide questions, comments, or proposed changes by a deadline of May 29, 2026. The Government has scheduled several key engagement opportunities, including a rescheduled Industry Day on December 15, 2025, and a series of 20-minute recommended in-person one-on-one sessions between May 11 and May 15, 2026, in Washington, DC. Attendance at these events is limited, typically allowing no more than three attendees for the Industry Day and up to ten for the one-on-one meetings, with company representatives required to register and submit attendee lists by set deadlines. Updates and Government responses to questions from earlier events and draft sections have been made accessible through secure portals. Point of contact for the effort includes Alexander Gosnell and Spencer Bryant, who handle inquiries, access requests, and scheduling of meetings. This process enables the Navy to gather critical industry feedback and refine the solicitation for the AN/SPY-6(V) production contract.

Electrical Equipment Operation and Maintenance Services Contract Electrical Maintenance Contract (EMC)
Solicitation # FA239626RB004
The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL/RA), is soliciting proposals for solicitation FA239626RB004 to provide on-site high voltage electrical equipment support services at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. This 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 561210 requires an InterNational Electrical Testing Association (NETA) accredited contractor to perform non-personal engineering, maintenance, and repair services for over 3,000 critical low- and medium-voltage electrical assets across 49 research facilities. The scope includes both scheduled, standards-based preventive maintenance and rapid, unscheduled emergency troubleshooting. The contract utilizes a hybrid pricing structure consisting of firm fixed price and time-and-materials arrangements, with a base period running from September 10, 2026, to September 9, 2027, and subsequent option periods extending through March 2032. The government will employ a best value tradeoff source selection methodology where non-cost factors, specifically technical capability, are significantly more important than price. NETA eligibility serves as a mandatory gate; quotes rated unacceptable in this factor will be ineligible for further evaluation. Key requirements include the provision of a comprehensive quality control plan, adherence to NETA and NFPA 70 standards, and the assignment of key personnel including a Program Manager, Electrical Engineers, and Foremen. To ensure a mandated two-hour response window for technicians, the government evaluates the offeror's physical presence within a 50-mile radius or one-hour driving distance of the base, though a 60-day transition plan is acceptable for those without an immediate local presence. Proposals must be submitted in three volumes covering administrative eligibility, technical capability, and price, with a final submission deadline of September 9, 2026.
