The Mt. San Antonio College International Student Program (ISP) has established agreements with qualified vendors to facilitate the recruitment of international students on an eF-1 visa. Under these agreements, vendors receive a referral fee or commission for each student they successfully refer who completes their first two semesters at the college in good standing, which requires the student to complete a full course of study and settle all fees owed. The process begins with a Request for Qualifications (RFQ), allowing prospective vendors to apply and be evaluated based on their ability to provide international student recruitment services. The college will compile a list of qualified vendors, segmented by geographical region, to streamline the referral process. The solicitation, titled "Agent Collaboration Qualifications: International Student Program," was posted on April 29, 2024, with a response deadline of May 29, 2024. The project falls under NAICS code 611710, indicating a focus on educational services related to colleges and universities. The procurement is managed by Mt. San Antonio College, located in California, with Chris Dickson serving as the primary contact for inquiries. The agreement aims to expand the college’s international student enrollment through a structured vendor referral system, ensuring that participating vendors are appropriately qualified and geographically aligned to support the college’s recruitment goals.
