Solicitation # N6264926QH044
Solicitation N6264926QH044 is a total small business set-aside for an audio visual refresh of the Building 200 Flag Conference Room at Joint Region Marianas in Piti, Guam. The objective is to upgrade primary display and audio capabilities while ensuring dependable presentation connectivity for NIPRNet and SIPRNet government computers. The project requires the integration of new components with existing government-furnished equipment, including the secure video teleconference codec, cameras, and control panels. The period of performance is scheduled from September 28, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The contract is a firm-fixed-price award based on a best value trade-off process. Evaluation is divided into three factors, with technical capability and past performance combined being more important than price. Technical proposals must include a high-level strategy, system architecture diagrams, an execution plan with a disruption mitigation strategy, and integration details. Past performance is evaluated based on relevance to military or secure federal facilities within the last five years. The scope of work is divided into five CLINs covering project coordination, equipment installation, programming, system validation, and the removal of old property. Submission requires two separate volumes via email: a technical and past performance volume limited to 23 pages, and a pricing volume. All invoicing must be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow system. The procurement includes specific requirements for U.S. citizenship and security clearances for personnel accessing the site, and adheres to the Service Contract Labor Standards for Guam. Amendment 0001 updated the performance work statement regarding equipment reuse and incorporated the conference room floor layout.

Notice of Intent to Sole Source

This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement under RFO subpart 19.106-3 Sole Source Awards, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).  HQ AFMC/A4N has a new requirement for an enterprise-grade, cloud-hosted platform that provides shared infrastructure, standardized tooling, governance frameworks, and managed services enabling rapid development and deployment of autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents. Due to the highly technical nature of the AFMC/A4 logistics IT domain, it requires specialized Contractor support with technical and engineering skillsets aligned to Air Force environments to successfully enable future state transformational objectives. ACC3 International Incorporated will be awarded this effort. The anticipated NAICS Code is 541519 – Other Computer Related Services.

The PZIT-A Contracting Office at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH intends to award a sole source contract to ACC3 International Incorporated, 8996 Miramar Road STE 207, San Diego, CA, 92126 in accordance with RFO 19.106-3 Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.

Responses shall be emailed to Isabel Pappaterra at isabel.pappaterra@us.af.mil and Shannon Scott at shannon.scott.4@us.af.mil no later than 12 June 2026, 0800 am Eastern Standard Time. Late responses will not be considered.

Notice of Intent to Sole Source 60-ton Crane Repair
Solicitation # FA4626-SoleSource-CraneRepair
The Department of the Air Force, through the 341st Contracting Squadron, intends to award a sole-source contract to MGX Equipment Services, LLC for the complex repair of a 2007 Grove TMS700E 60-ton crane (AF Registration 07D00453) supporting the 819th Red Horse Squadron at Malmstrom Air Force Base. The asset is currently undrivable due to a hydraulic leak requiring major drive-train disassembly and the replacement of a 5-port hydraulic swivel manifold assembly. To certify the crane as fully functional, the scope of work includes replacing the wire rope, o-rings, fill cap with breather, element, lock pin, seal kit, and slip ring assembly, as well as performing structural inspections by authorized Grove technicians. All repairs must adhere to OEM specifications as identified in Technical Order 36-1-191. Because the crane cannot be driven and the government lacks a sufficiently large transport trailer, the asset must be transported to the MGX Equipment Services facility in Billings, Montana. The estimated total cost for the project is 53,565.41, which covers parts, labor, and return transportation. This requirement is being solicited as a sole-source action because MGX Equipment Services is the only known authorized dealer in Montana with the necessary capabilities and infrastructure to perform these specific repairs. Interested parties were requested to submit capability statements or quotations by September 25, 2026, to demonstrate if competition would be advantageous to the government.
