This solicitation is limited to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Federal Government authorized resellers, who must submit an all-or-none quote covering all items specified in the request for quotation (RFQ). The award will be made to the technically acceptable offeror with the lowest price, where technical acceptability includes being on the OEM's authorized reseller list and the ability to meet delivery requirements. The delivery locations include multiple states: California, Illinois, Texas, Florida, New Hampshire, Virginia, and Maryland, with exact addresses provided upon contract award. Quotes must be submitted by 10:00 AM Eastern Time on June 19, 2026, with any questions due earlier on June 11, 2026.
