NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE The intended procurement is classified under NAICS code 811219 with a Size Standard of $20.5M. REGULATORY AUTHORITY The resultant contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-76 dated July 25, 2014. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT Purpose and Objectives The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) has a requirement for the performance of repair services for three (3) Government-owned Agilent Technologies nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) systems located at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Rockville, Maryland. The purpose of this requirement is to repair damages that have occurred to each of the Government-owned Agilent Technologies nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) systems. Period of Performance The period of performance is twelve months from the date of award. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. Project Description Three (3) Government-owned Agilent Technologies nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) systems located at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Rockville, Maryland, require repair services. The following systems require OEM replacement parts and repair services: 1. Agilent 400MR NMR System (Serial Number MR1005W018) 2. Agilent 400MR-DD2 NMR System (Serial Number MY13100302) 3.
