This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation F1COSS1237A001 constitutes the only announcement. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a).
