HSCG34-12-Q-PHV047 is amended as follows: Following are questions submitted by an interested vendor and responses which provide clarification to the specifications. Question 1: "The requirement for the air compressor calls for water cooled and then asks for air cooled. It would have to be one or the other. If it is water cooled what is the source of water, fresh or salt water?" Response: Water cooled, using treated fresh water heat exchanger. Question 2: "The voltage asks for 230/460/3/60. VFD cannot be dual voltage, they would be either one or the other. Can you clarify the correct voltage?" Response: VFD Voltage shall be 460V Question 3: "A compressor like this would normally be started or commisioned by a factory trained service person" - should this be included in pricing? Response: Service start up shall be included in pricing as a separate line item. The hour and date specified for receipt of offers IS EXTENDED to 11:59 p.m., 7/20/2012, Hawaii Time. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
