The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award on an other than full and open competition basis a contract to Ultra Electronics Advanced Tactical Systems, Inc., 3300 Duval Road, Suite 200, Austin, TX. This acquisition will be for the procurement and upgrade of twenty-two (22) Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI) Version 12 systems and services to include installation support, system familiarization, technical data packages, software corrections, software testing/certification, technical phone support and/or onsite support. Ultra is the only firm capable of performing this requirement due to their ownership of the proprietary software embedded into the core of the ADSI system. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Responses to this notice of intent to award to Ultra Electronic Advanced Tactical Systems, Inc., should be submitted no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of this synopsis to Ms. Kelly Smith, Contract Specialist, at Contracts, Code 02-21L, Building OT4, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, San Diego, CA 92110-3127.
