AFLCM/HIQD (Strategy and Innovation Directorate) in support of SAF/AA is seeking information on how an interested contractor could provide a comprehensive and integrated solution leveraging existing commercial products utilized by the Air Force (ex: Microsoft Office 365, Adobe) to provide the cradle to grave publication lifecycle. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This is an RFI to gather information about industry's capabilities to provide Information Technology (IT) Services for the Air Force Publications Reduction (AFPR) initiative for the Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HIQ). There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Your response to this RFI will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. The information provided may be used by the Air Force in developing its acquisition strategy and enhancing the requirement specifications. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Do not submit any classified information in response to this RFI. The Government reserves the right to contact the submitting parties, on an as required basis, for further clarification on material provided. The Government reserves the right to contact additional customers to obtain information that will be used to evaluate the offeror's capability.
