Description


Contractor will remanufacture the ALCM EAC component, The contractor will provide the disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, reassembly, testing, and finishing actions then return each unit to the Government in a like new condition. Each unit will maintain form, fit, and function of the original configuration. Additionally, thew contractor will produce EAC Production Test Sets and associated Test Program Sets to support production. The purpose of this solicitation is to notify industry of the Air Forces' intent to award a Sole Source contract directed toward the Boeing Company, in its Boeing Guidance and Repair Center (BGRC) (Cage Code: 05HA6), the only qualified source. No foreign participation is anticipated. 


CONTRACT TYPE, PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE AND SMALL BUSINESS SUBCONTRACTING 


The current acquisition strategy is to issue an IDIQ, definitive contract, one 1-year ordereing and three 2-year ordering periods. The IDIQ will contain negotiated Delivery Orders. This effort will seek to utilize Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Reimbursement (CR), and Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) contract types, to be determined through negotiations by the PCO. The contemplated period of performance is July 2026 to July 2033. The Government has determined that this effort will not be small business set-aside. The contractor will be required to meet all small business participation requirements included in the contract and fulfill all requirements of the subcontracting plan included in the contract.
