The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a small business to perform comprehensive cleaning, confined space entry, and certified STI-SP001 internal and external inspections of a 2,000-gallon aboveground Jet-A fuel storage tank and associated pump/filter system at Station Neah Bay, Washington. The work must ensure mission readiness, environmental compliance, and structural integrity of the critical fueling infrastructure. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price purchase order under a small business set-aside, with the NAICS code 811310. All quotes must be submitted electronically by August 28, 2026, and include a completed SF-1449, a one-page detailed price breakdown separating costs for systems inspection, materials and equipment, final verification, waste disposal, and labor, along with a two-page technical proposal outlining the approach, equipment and certifications, and a clear project schedule showing completion by October 15, 2026.
