Air-to-Ground Missile System (AGMS) Production Fiscal Years 2022-2025

This sole source contract, awarded under the authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, covers the manufacture and delivery of Air-to-Ground Missile Systems (AGMS) for Program Years 1 through 4. The scope includes the production of HELLFIRE II and Joint Air-to-Ground Missiles (JAGM) in containers, with a maximum procurement capacity of 8,000 missiles per year. These systems support the US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, special customers, and various foreign military sales customers. The contract structure consists of a base year and three one-year option periods, with performance based in Orlando, Florida. Beyond missile production, the agreement encompasses several critical support services, including HELLFIRE and JAGM Guidance Sections, Quality Assurance Lot Verification Test Support, and Government Furnished Property Maintenance. It also provides for Non-Recurring Engineering Support for new missile models, Government Furnished Equipment Storage, Last Time Buy Material, and the ramp-up of the Electromechanical Control Actuation System. This effort builds upon previous production justifications for the JAGM and HELLFIRE Modular Missile Systems to ensure a continuous supply of tactical, practice, and training munitions.
