The Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT) and Carpet flooring at the two story AMO Air Unit- San Diego/ Pogo Row (BPS) Administration building has surpassed its age of approximately 25 years needs replacement. The VCT and Carpet flooring are worn, torn, and dirty and is considered a health and safety hazard. It’s time to remove approximately 1,800 square feet (SF) of VCT located in entrance foyer, hallways, breakrooms, janitorial room, armory, electrical room, server room and storage room. Carpet removal of 3,000 SF includes all interior offices, hallways, conference room, and pilot office. Removal of cove base 6,310 linear feet to all offices, hallways, foyer entrance, janitorial room, breakrooms, electrical room, server room, storage room and pilot offices. Some of the areas of carpeting and VCT will be replaced with epoxy clear coat paint on concrete floors. Which is mentioned on the tasks. The price quote shall include all costs associated with tasks such as labor, parts, shipping, materials, travel, equipment, and any other costs associated with completing the project according to the Statement of Work (SOW) requirements.
