The 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota, intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) for a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for Airfield Paving/Repair. The awardee will furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary for Airfield Paving/Repair in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and Drawings to include; construction of necessary pavement repairs to ensure that airfield pavements meet codes and remain in good working condition. Pavement work shall include bituminous asphalt, concrete spalls and joints, and concrete slab replacement. The project also contains joint and crack sealing, painting, and all other support construction as required. The performance period will be five years, a base year plus four option years, with a no work/winter exclusion period of 1 November through 15 April of each year. The resultant contract will have a magnitude of between $25M and $100M, IAW with DFARS 236.204. All of the work will be performed at Grand Forks Air Force Base (GFAFB). This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set-aside.
