This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.  All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.


The 4th Contracting Squadron at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro, NC is conducting market research. We aim to identify potential small business vendors willing and capable of providing Airlift Tickets & Wind Tunnel services at Pope Army Airfield. Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for further details on this requirement. Vendor and wind tunnel must be located within 95 miles of Pope AFB.


This notice is for information and planning purposes only. It is not a solicitation for proposals, and it does not commit the U.S. Government to award a contract now or in the future.
