Dyess AFB has a requirement to repaint EB-47E Stratojet Static Display, with an option to repaint AGM-28 Hound Dog Static Display.  


The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any contract award. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.


An optional site visit will be held 7 Apr 26, at 9:30 a.m. (CST).  Please email brennen.edwards@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil to coordinate attendance if interested.    



QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:


  1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ or Contractor’s equivalent (must contain all information applicable with page 2 of this RFQ)
  2. Technical Proposal – the technical proposal shall address the following at a minimum:
    1. Surface Preparation
    2. Corrosion Control
    3. Painting and Finishing
    4. Markings, Colors, and Insignia
    5. Quality Control
    6. Site Management
