The contract is for the procurement of 5 disposable, sterile nasopharyngeal airways, each measuring 7 mm in diameter and 28 FR in size, under NSN 6515-01-444-5416, with a total estimated value of $17.70. The item must be designed for emergency airway passage and meet strict specifications including a minimum shelf life of 60 months, with no more than nine months elapsed from the date of manufacture to the date of delivery to the government. Packaging and marking must fully comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E for preservation and packaging, MIL-STD-129 for standardized labeling and barcoding, and the latest Medical Marking Standard No. 1, with hazardous material labels adhering to OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard. All shipments must be delivered to Building 4335, El Salvador Way, Eglin AFB, FL 32542-6622, with delivery required within 20 days after contract award, under FOB destination terms. The government will inspect and accept the product at the destination. Contractors must provide the source and part number being supplied, and ensure compliance with DLA’s technical and quality requirements as outlined in the DLA Master List. The contract incorporates multiple DFARS and FAR clauses, including those related to combating human trafficking, employment eligibility, sustainable products, cybersecurity assessments per NIST SP 800-171, subcontracting for commercial services, and notification of safety issues. Invoicing must be submitted electronically through WAWF using an Invoice and Receiving Report format. Offerors must hold a current Unique Entity Identifier and CAGE Code, and must represent their size status and any applicable socioeconomic certifications such as small business, HUBZone, WOSB, or SDVOSB. If providing covered defense telecommunications equipment or services, full disclosure of manufacturers and UEIs is required. Compliance with all specified standards, documentation, and delivery timelines is mandatory for acceptance.
