Preventive Maintenance and Replacement of Components for Generator The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Services Region 2 intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Binary Exchange Technologies Inc., to provide Preventive Maintenance and Replacement of Components for Generator. FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures are utilized for this procurement. Authority is provided per FAR 6.302-5(b)(4) Sole source awards under the 8(a) Program (15 U.S.C. 637). The service term of the purchase order will be 1 base year (with 4 option years). The related NAICS is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance (except Automotive and Electronic). The FSC is J099 - Maintenance and Repair of Miscellaneous Equipment. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-5(b)(4). The NAICS code is 811310. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for proposals. The Government will consider all responses received by 5:00 PM Eastern Time, June 24, 2020. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
