Full Description

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to answer vendor submitted questions: Q1. The RFQ states the following: Paragraph 3.1 - Period of Performance. Length of contract will be July 15, 2015 to January 31, 2016 and will occur 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, consisting of two (2) 12-hour shifts. Our concern is your description does not state exactly how many workers per shift. As a result this could cause incorrect bidding. Please see following paragraph that could clarify to make all bids consistent. We recommend Paragraph 3.1 should state the following: Paragraph 3.1 - Period of Performance. Length of contract will be July 15, 2015 to January 31, 2016 and will occur 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, consisting of two (2) AMP personnel per shift, two (2) 12-hour shifts. A1. Only one (1) person is required per shift. Paragraph 3.1 will NOT be revised. Q2. Is this a follow-on requirement? If so, could you please provide the incumbent contract number for this opportunity? If not, is this a new requirement? A2. A similar requirement was previously awarded under contract N39040-15-P-0251. The date and time for receipt of quotes is not changed.
