Alhambra Fire Department Station 73 Parking Lot Improvement Project

Bid #N2M26-77: The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the improvement of the parking lot at Alhambra Fire Department Station 73. The scope of work includes clearing, grubbing, mobilization, traffic control, erosion control measures, and construction of a 6-inch PCC pavement (3250 psi) with control joints, isolation joints, and rebar reinforcements over a crushed miscellaneous base. The work also involves the removal of existing asphalt pavement, base, and subbase, as well as grading and compacting the subgrade. Additionally, the project requires the construction of two gate traffic loops connected to the gate operator, survey and layout services, and soils testing conducted by a laboratory chosen by the City at the contractor's expense.
