Alliant 3 GWAC, Request for Information (RFI), Listening Session

A second Request for Information (RFI) is issued for market research purposes for the Alliant 3 Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). In consideration of the publicized Alliant 3 draft Request for Proposal (RFP), the Government is interested in engaging with the Vendor Community through Listening Sessions geared towards gaining Industry's perspective into the evolution of the technology environment over the next 15 years. Communication Scope: A. How will industry's offerings develop and shift with regards to the following Executive Orders and proposed changes to FAR Regulations? Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) and Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM); E.O. 14028, E.O. 13873 Environmental Sustainability, Financial Climate Impact (Greenhouse Gas Emission); E.O. 14030, E.O. 14057; 87 FR 68312, 87 FR 78910 Small Business (SB) Opportunity and Inclusion (SB Subcontracting (SubK) Inclusion and SB SubK Sub-tier Reporting; eSRS) E.O. 86 FR 44249, E.O. 87 FR 77529 B. What suggestions for improvement can you offer to the Alliant 3 Draft RFP? Listening Session Details and Communication Parameters: The listening sessions are conducted for the express purpose of granting the Vendor Community an opportunity to provide the General Service Administration (GSA) with valuable insight into the above Communication Scope areas. In order to maximize on the opportunity, GSA will focus on active listening, and will not provide any additional information or comments regarding the future solicitation or contract during these listening sessions. (All publicly available information on Alliant 3 GWAC is available via the Government Point of Entry (GPE), SAM.gov website.) Each listening session will last 30 minutes, and will only address the topics listed above. The listening sessions will be conducted via an online video telecommunication platform (virtual) with video cameras on through the entire session to properly identify each participant and speaker. GSA reserves the right to video or audio record the session for note taking purposes to consolidate the market research information. No portion of this session may be utilized for marketing purposes. Should industry attempt to market its products or discuss topics outside of the above listed Communication Scope, the session will be terminated. Attendance or non-attendance of these sessions will not limit interested vendors from submitting their comments and insight on the communication scope areas to the designated inbox by March 30, 2023. To expedite your reservation request, the reservation outline can be copied to the body of your email without including the template as an attachment. 03/03/2023 Notice: The Alliant 3 Request for Proposal (RFP) will be solicited no earlier than the First Quarter of Fiscal Year 2024 (Q1, FY24), to provide the Government sufficient time to review public responses to the Request for Information (RFI).
