This is a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Contract for the Repair of Miscellaneous NSNs for the electron tubes/traveling wave tubes applicable to the AN/ALQ-172 electronic warfare countermeasures system. Duration of the Contract Period: Should all options be exercised, the total duration of the contract will be a maximum of five years. The contract was issues sole source to Communications & Power Industries (CPI) LLC, Cage Code 0MH33, 811 Hansen Way, Palo Alto, CA 94304. CPI is the only known qualified/approved source with the data and technical capability to repair these components. Authority: 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2), only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements.
