Master Agreement 091125 is an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract between Sourcewell, a Minnesota service cooperative, and Altec Industries, Inc. for the provision of public utility equipment, including bucket trucks, digger derricks, aerial lifts, cable placers, and directional drills, along with related accessories and supplies. This cooperative purchasing solution is designed for use by governmental, educational, nonprofit, and tribal agencies across the United States and Canada. The agreement has an initial term of four years, with potential extensions up to a maximum of seven years. Under the contract, participating agencies receive discounts of up to 3% off the manufacturer's suggested retail price, with an additional 1% discount available for simultaneous orders of 10 or more identical trucks. Altec Industries maintains a nationwide manufacturing and service network to support the deployment and maintenance of the equipment. Payment is managed through centralized accounts receivable, and the contract is administered by Sourcewell's Chief Procurement Officer.
