VIA Rail Canada ("VIA") is issuing this Request for Quotation ("RFQ") to establish a list of qualified suppliers for the provision of Alternate Transportation Services in the event of train service interruptions in the Quebec–Windsor Corridor. Suppliers may also be required to provide Standby Services at designated locations for predetermined periods. VIA may award one or multiple contracts per route. Bidders are invited to submit a tender for a single route, multiple routes, or any combination of routes.     Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
