02.11.2026 року через неподання жодної тендерної пропозиції для участі у відкритих торгах у строк, установлений замовником, відкриті торги щодо Закупівлі за номером UA-2026-10-16-009258-a було автоматично відмінені електронною системою закупівель. При цьому у Замовника існує потреба в Закупівлі. Відповідно до пункту 13 Особливостей переговорна процедура закупівлі застосовується замовником як виняток у разі, зокрема згідно з підпунктом 1 цього пункту: коли відмінено відкриті торги через неподання жодної тендерної пропозиції для участі у відкритих торгах у строк, установлений замовником згідно з цими особливостями, зокрема за лотом.
