Nom de l’Organisme public : Centre Intégré de Santé et Services Sociaux de Laval Numéro de l’appel d’offres : 2025-0707-AO Titre : Aménagement structurel de nouveaux équipements d’imagerie médicale. Description : Le Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux (CISSS) de Laval lance un appel d'offres de travaux de construction pour un contrat d'aménagement service de radiologie. Le présent projet consiste à réaliser le réaménagement complet de trois salles existantes de radiographie (A.RC.200 et A.RC.204) ainsi que la réfection d’un local existant (A.RC.219) situés au rez-de-chaussée du Bloc A de l’Hôpital Cité-de-la Santé à Laval. Les travaux visent l’installation de deux nouveaux appareils de radiographie, incluant l’adaptation complète des infrastructures architecturales, mécaniques, électriques et structurales requises pour leur mise en service. L’entrepreneur doit prendre en considération que ce bâtiment est un hôpital demeure occupé pendant la durée des travaux. Les activités du bâtiment sont en continues 24h/24, 7 jours par semaine. Horaire des travaux : Les travaux qui ne perturbent pas les activités périphériques de l’établissement pourront se faire pendant les heures suivantes, soit entre 8h et 16h. Les autres travaux devront se faire le soir et les fins de semaines. Aucune tolérance ne sera acceptée avant ou après ces heures de travail. Échéancier des travaux : Le respect de l’échéancier est l’essence même du présent contrat. Le délai contractuel des travaux est de 10 semaines à partir de la mobilisation au chantier, excluant les vacances et congés fériés. Le délai contractuel débute à l’octroi du bon de commande. La date de mobilisation au chantier doit être autorisée par le chargé de projet du CISSS de Laval. Le chantier doit être en continue, aucun arrêt ne sera accepté pour raison de logistique, ou manque de main d’œuvre, par conséquent la mobilisation au chantier débutera dès la disponibilité de tous les matériaux. Bureau de chantier : Aucun bureau chantier ne sera disponible dans les lieux de travail. Si nécessaire, un emplacement pour une roulotte de chantier, aux frais de l’Entrepreneur, pourra être coordonné avec le service technique ou le chargé de projet. Autres directives : Les ouvriers ne doivent en aucun cas entrer en contact avec la clientèle du centre par mesure de sécurité. Le site doit être sécurisé avec une clôture de chantier. Son accès doit être possible que pour les ouvriers, la clôture de chantier doit être cadenassée en dehors des heures de travail de l’entrepreneur. Visite des lieux : Une visite des lieux non obligatoire est prévue le 25 mars 2026 entre 10h et 11h.
