AMC/A6 Information Technology Needs Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) - Amendment 04

The AMC/A6 Information Technology Needs Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO), solicitation number FA4452-26-S-C001, is a competitive, hybrid two-step solicitation managed by the 763rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron for the Air Mobility Command. The overarching goal is to identify innovative, secure, and scalable IT solutions to modernize Air Force infrastructure. While the general CSO remains open until February 26, 2031, specific requirements are issued through Areas of Interest (AOIs). A primary focus is the Base IT Modernization AOI, which is specifically set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). This effort aims to overhaul legacy IT systems to improve operational efficiency, data sharing, and warfighter effectiveness through a design-and-implement model. The procurement process involves a two-step selection: an initial white paper submission followed by a detailed approach by invitation. For the Base IT Modernization AOI, white papers are due by May 12, 2026, and must be limited to 10 pages or 15 slides.
