The purpose of amendment 2 is to attach and update the following documents to this solicitation: 1) Update Attachment 1_Statement of Work_AMENDED 2) Add Attachment 6_Square Footage Map 3) Add Attachment 7_Question and Answers 1. This project will be performed IAW Attachment 1 Statement of Work_AMENDED 2. NAICS Code 238330, Size Standard $19M 3. The award resulting from this solicitation will be a FIRM-FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT. 4. This acquisition has been set aside as a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement. 5. Period of Performance for this action is 30 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. 6. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 IAW FAR 36.204(b). 7. The contracting officer for this action is TSgt Terrell Singleton at terrell.singleton@us.af.mil and the contracting specialist is SrA Stephany Briceno at stephany.briceno@us.af.mil. 8. A pre-proposal site visit is planned and will be held on Tuesday 05 September 2023, at 2:00 PM AKDT. Parties will meet in front of building 10480. 9.
