The Government intends to issue a Request for Prototype Proposals (RPP) for the Petroleum Expeditionary Analysis Kit (PEAK) under the Ground Vehicle Systems (GVS) Other Transaction Agreement (OTA), W15QKN-17-9-1025. The GVS OTA was entered into between the Army Contracting Command (ACC) and the National Advanced Mobility Consortium (NAMC) on 26 September 2017, in support of Ground Vehicle System related Research and Development prototype projects. The Government will utilize the GVS OTA and NAMC to award this effort. The Government anticipates awarding up to five (5) agreements but reserves the right to award any number of agreements less than five (5). Under this effort, the Government is seeking the delivery of two (2) prototype PEAK system(s) from each contractor that is selected for an award, with one PEAK system conforming to Army requirements and one PEAK system conforming to Marine Corps requirements. Both of the delivered prototype PEAK system(s) will be subjected to Government testing. The anticipated period of performance for the prototype project effort is 12 months. A Virtual Industry Day for this action is on 6 May 2021 at 1:00 PM EST. Virtual Industry Day is intended to provide an overview of the PEAK requirement, and review terms of the RPP. Membership in the National Advanced Mobility Consortium (NAMC) is required to participate in this Virtual Industry Day.
