This contract involves the repair and replacement of a garage door located in Maynard, Massachusetts, under the solicitation WX03388Y2025T issued by the Department of Homeland Security's National Continuity Section. The scope includes removing aged and damaged parts such as the steel shaft, springs, bearings, and the lower panel of a commercial overhead garage door, then installing OEM or equivalent components. The contractor is responsible for making all necessary adjustments, performing a thorough cleaning of the work area, and properly disposing of old and excess materials in compliance with regulations.
