Amendment No. 2 to Lease Agreement No. 25-175 expands the leased space by adding approximately 27,466 rentable square feet of existing interior office space designated as Suite 250, increasing the total leased area from 59,018 to approximately 86,484 rentable square feet. The expanded premises now include Suites 100, 150, 200, 250, and 325, consolidating additional office space under the same lease agreement.
