NASA ARC manages its own planning and permitting and is the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), the DSO has been set up to manage typical planning, engineering support and permitting activities specific to development projects. DSO contractor shall support NASA and new tenant related development associated with leasing activities at ARC, and NASA related development . The DSO contractor shall assist in the management of the processes involved with the tenant submission of all design, construction, and related documents for review, approval permitting and inspections.
