The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Powervar, Inc, for UPS Preventive Maintenance. Powervar is the manufacturer and the ONLY source authorized to perform maintenance. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. The Limited Source Documentation form is attached with this notice The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
