This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 with FAR Part 15 as guidance, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-17-T-A317 is for the provision and installation of executive furniture in various buildings on Fairchild AFB in accordance with the attached Product Order Reports is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). "This solicitation is issued in accordance with all terms and conditions of the Air Force Systems and Modular Tier I contracts (FA8057-13-C-0001, FA8057-13-C-0002, FA8057-13-C-0003, and FA8057-13-C-0004). The Manufacturer Dealer Agreement executed between the Tier I manufacturer and the Offeror, as the named dealer for that manufacturer, remains in effect." "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Quotes shall be valid until 30 September 2017" The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95.
