The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) delivery order under NAVAIR BOA N00019-06-G-0011 to ITT/Northrop Grumman a Joint Venture for additional Field Services Engineering Support for the AN/ALQ-165 Systems for the US Navy. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to ITT/Northrop Grumman a Joint Venture in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 because ITT/Northrop Grumman a Joint Venture is the sole designer developer and manufacturer of the AN/ALQ-165 system and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers.
