The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to acquire the AN\PVS-24A Risley Alignment Tool through a sole source contract with Insight Technologies, the exclusive manufacturer located in Londonderry, New Hampshire. This procurement is justified under federal acquisition regulations that allow for non-competitive contracts when only one responsible source can fulfill the agency’s requirements. Insight Technologies is uniquely capable of supplying both the AN\PVS-24A Individual Weapons Night Sight and the specialized alignment tool necessary for field-level maintenance of this system, which is currently used in ongoing military operations such as Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. The Risley Alignment Tool is a specialized device engineered to realign the internal prism of the sight, ensuring proper parallax settings and sight accuracy by engaging with internal gears within the collimator assembly. The Government plans to purchase approximately 30 units of this tool as a one-time buy under the solicitation number M67854-09-Q-1094, with a closing date set for May 13, 2009. This procurement falls under the North American Industry Classification System code 333314, related to Optical Instrument and Lens Manufacturing. Interested parties or inquiries regarding the requirement were directed to be sent in writing to the designated contact at the Marine Corps. The award aims to support ongoing operational needs by maintaining the functionality and accuracy of critical infantry weapon sighting systems through sustained field-level maintenance capabilities.

Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
