The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title . Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. The Work generally consists of demolition and in-place abandonment of eight (8) existing surge tanks, including removal of four (4) trees, demolition and disposal of associated pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter, equipment and appurtenances, protection of adjacent features and utilities, erosion and sediment control, and site restoration. The surge tanks contain lead-based paint; therefore, demolition shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and applicable requirements to minimize airborne dust and waste generation and protect workers, the public, and the environment.
