Note: Solicitation No. HQ0147-17-R-0026 addresses the effort under former Solicitation No. HQ147-16-R-0026. This is a notification that the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to award a sole source, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency requirements. This contract will be awarded to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), 1710 SAIC Drive, McLean, VA 22102-3720. SAIC is the owner of a proprietary product not otherwise available to the Government. Any information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for enhancing competition in a future competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for information submitted. All responses must be received no later than 5:00 PM Central Time, 15 days after publication and should be submitted to Charles T. Clements, Contracting Officer, via email charles.clements@mda.mil.
